Return & Refund Policy – TheFix

At TheFix, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on used or damaged items (unless received defective).

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund (based on customer preference)

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor color/design variations (products may appear slightly different on screen)

  • Improper use or handling of the product

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
